Metal Diaphragm Compressor

Features
  • Absolutely tight leakage: leakage rates of 10-6 mbar, i/s and better can be achieved.
  • Non-contaminating: the purity of the gas is not affected at all.
  • Versatile: can be operated over a wide range of pressures from primary vacuum to very high pressure (up to 300 MPa/43500 psi). Can handle almost any gas from light to heavy molecular weights, toxic, corrosive, radioactive, bone dry, etc.

  2. By using Stainless Steal made seal ring at shaft sealing part, no carbon particle will be mixed.

Since a handling gas is sealed by diapragms (compressed process part), no lubrciation oil will be mingled, and the gas will not leak to the outside.
This enables this type of compressor to supply clean compressed gas, and to apply to the dangerous gases which might be corrosive, toxic, explosive, and mixed gas.

Vane Compressor

Vane Compressor

Features
This compressor does not make reciprocal motion and there fare the pulsation is very small pulsation.
Also, since it had no valves or rings, there causes no problem on valve action's.
What's more no worry is required about surging like a centrifugal compressor.
The simple structure the compressor makes ease of maintenance and years of reliable, continuous operation is possible without loss of volume or pressure.
